18 August 1997 - Köln WOM signing
These are Paul Landers photos I know or strongly suspect once existed in a larger, uncropped, or some better version. Each card shows the surviving copy and explains what appears to be wrong.

I found three related images in better quality through old fansite reposts from around 2005. The original site was obscure outside 2001–2002 and poorly archived. These copies were probably only somewhat larger, but likely lacked the visible artifact damage.
The larger did exist, but I couldn't recover them. Fans may still have them though. The final image seems to be an alternate from this Mexico fan photo. The same group of women, probably photographed only a few minutes apart.
The archived page suggests there were additional Paul photos based on the original captions.

These appear to be based on larger photographs once posted to a LiveJournal style site. The second has a similar hue and angle to this related image and may come from the same source.

These correlate with photos such as this image from the same occasion. A similar Till photo exists from the outdoor setting, which makes larger Paul originals seem likely.

Many fan photos from this night circulate with different band members, but several Paul images have gone missing. Two of my copies are probably smaller than the originals because they were salvaged from old photo slideshows and captured as frames from SD 4:3 video.
The full photograph appears to have originally been wider than 600 pixels. The tagged website is defunct and was not archived properly by the Wayback Machine.

The oldest online copy I traced dates to March 2010, but it was already small and damaged. The dimensions resemble an image embedded in a digital publication, although its professional set photography suggests a better source once existed. The setting may be connected to the Ich tu dir weh video or concert production, and Paul is wearing a rarely seen coat from this era accurately.
Update: After extensive searching, I found the cleaner copy shown above. This may be the best surviving version.
The originating forum's main photo thread does not contain it despite being accredited. I found no matching post from the credited user. I checked everywhere on the forum but I have no idea how or what this means.
I found related photos of the other members from this moment that are large, but not a better copy of Paul's.
